I am unable to access my Confluence pages due to this error that pops up, which prevents me to work on any pages;

"Error: The content resolver threw the following error: Unable to retrieve addon module URL. Please check your specified module key."

What should I do? I urgently need to work on Confluence for my job/

Hi @Aurora.Pierantozzi,

The mentioned issue was caused by the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app: there was an update regarding the new API endpoints.

The manual update of the app was the best solution but we immediately noticed the described behavior and fixed it.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi @Aurora.Pierantozzi

Atlassian is looking into this as this impacts many customers -> https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/incidents/0686pbh1ddvw

You can find updates there.

But the workaround of pressing 'Esc' should be manageable till they fix it

Hit ESC on your keyboard, and the error will be dismissed.  It's a temporary workaround until they fix it, at least.
