I click 'Can't access your account?' for reset password and enter e-mail which registry by Admin JIRA completely in reset password page. When I click 'Send' the reset page is redirect to Office365 and I can't login. What should I do?

It must be trying to send email via your outlook account.
Can you try using an incognito mode ?
