Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found

Some people in the office having this issue , some not 

Maybe is a plugin license issue ?

I have met also with issue after migration. 

1. It is system macro. 

2. It is related to the incorrect reference to the page which included

Unlikely to be an add-on, there's no add-ons needed for the include macro.

You'll need to do some debugging - can the affected users see the included page if they go there direct?
