I used be able to @ mentions users within our org but now i unable to do it. I can @ mention teams/groups but not users.
I tried incognito and other browser and still unsuccessful.

Yes, I can confirm that we have the Browse Users permission. If everyone in the org can @ mention except me. Is there a permission somewhere in Browse user that can exclude other users?

This is also for Confluence cloud and not jira. hope that helps
