Several of my staff members are unable to login to Standards for Success. This is due to a recent change as they were able prior.
Some login with SSO through Google. Others login after typing their email and resetting their password and then using those credentials to login.
Both of these are now having issues.

Is standards of success a confluence cloud space? If yes are they licensed on the Confluence cloud instance and do they have the proper permissions on the space?
