Unable to load events for team calendar from Jira

Testing out Team Calendar in Cloud Confluence to import start and end data from the change management issue type. 

runs the query ok to pick up the correct service desk and issues type but it's unable to load the events with the below error: 

Unable to load events of Change Calendar (c1440c4a-05b3-4c7d-9059-455b02e8d1a7): com.atlassian.confluence.extra.calendar3.exception.CalendarException: calendar3.error.jiraresponse

Any thoughts?

I see you've posted the same question to our Cloud team. My recommendation is that since we can look at your log files on our end, that we keep the investigation in the support ticket.
