Unable to invite.

We are currently on a standard plan with 140 users,  but when I try to invite a user gives an error message that we have reached the maximum number of users for one of our products. I even deleted users. 

Products are Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr Scale

Hi @Derrick Brown and welcome to the community,

You have to remove the users from having product access. From the documentation:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
  2. Select Directory > Users.
  3. Select the user’s name to open their details page.
  4. Under Products, find the product you want to remove access to and select the More menu (⋯).
  5. Select Remove product access. This removes the user from all groups that grant access to that product.

Try the above and then try inviting users again. Let me know if that helps.
