It is better to contact your plugin vendor directly to know if there was any issue. Go to your confluence admin settings --> Manage Apps. Check what plugin is installed.
If you don't know the plugin vendor details, search for Draw IO in marketplace and go the add-in page. You can find contact details in Support tab.
