Our former Confluence admin left the company a year ago, after that we had no problem accessing the Confluence pages and content we created. However, about one month ago we are no longer able to access the Confluence site and we are no longer able to reset the password. The existing admins for the Confluence site do not know the existing name and password so they can reset a user
