Hi,
I have an existing confluence could site backup which I would like to import into a new confluence site I have created. I no longer have access to the previous confluence site so only thing I have is the .Zip for the export of the previous cloud site.
What option do I have as the regular import ioption fails stating size sould be less than 200mb (for XML) in my case its 2 GB.
Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
My recommendation is to contact Atlassian support for help.
You can try to copy the export zip to the <confluence-home>/restore directory and try to import from the GUI.
If the restore doesn't exist, you can just create it.
