I am a Global Admin and am having trouble creating groups. I am able to access the page where groups are created but when I try to add other users to that group, their names do not populate or cannot be found.
Any assistance provided, would be greatly appreciated.

Please can you confirm first of all that you are viewing the Directory section of your site from admin.atlassian.com?
How do you add users to your Directory? Are you adding them one by one or do you have a domain configured / claimed?
Please can you share a screen of what happens when you try to add users to a group you created? Have you asked if anyone else has done this successfully in your organization?
If you can give us some more information, we will try to help as best as we can.
Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I am in the Directory section, I select "create group", then when I try to add users other than myself, it says "no options". I know the users I am trying to add are Confluence users so I am not sure what the issue is.

Hi @Laurie Traficante , it sounds like your organization has had the new way of managing organizations
It sounds like you don't have this permission ^, to be able to manage users, groups and their access to products. Please can you talk to someone else in your organization about trying to get you this access?
