I am trying to invite Robert Rosenfeld to my Trello board. His email is rrosenfeld@innovating.com. When I add him, Trello changes his email to jrosenfeld@innovating.com, who is another user.
Robert is unable to sign up or log in or use the link I send him. Trello says that account is already in use by another user; and I think it's because Trello is changing his email.
What do I do in order to add Robert?
