We have an account on atlassian.net that we reference as XXXX.atlassian.net. Company YYYY has split from XXXX but XXXX doesn't need the cloud instance. How can we rename XXXX to YYYY and change ownership and billing to a different user. Alternatively we have to create the YYYY instance and then transfer all of the tickets (and the workflow, etc) over to the new instance which sounds painful. Cheers.
You can't rename Cloud instances.
You need to buy YYYY, export from XXXX and import it all into YYYY
