Hello team!
I'm building a project so that when our support teams get feedback from users on products or features that they'd like to see live, we can have them raise a ticket to my team in a dedicated software project & my team will filter the feedback later on.
This is highly inefficient in the sense that we may get a lot of users requesting the same thing and as such, I'd prefer to have an up vote system as opposed to having each piece of feedback be raised. I'm looking to have exactly like this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-25592 but on a dedicated Confluence page as this is only for internal use. I like the fact that it shows the votes & the watchers; The dates; and, the possibility to add comments which will enable our support teams to add their conversations with the users for context.
Is there a way to make this work for this context? If we cannot have this in a dedicated Confluence page, can we make this view private? I also love that there's a banner asking for no PPII to be included in the ticket 'IMPORTANT: JAC is a Public system and anyone on the internet will be able to view the data in the created JAC tickets. Please don’t include Customer or Sensitive data in the JAC ticket.' how is this done? Any other tips on efficiency, at all?
Thank you!
I am not aware of any macro which does this in Confluence .. but you could use a Trello Board to achieve the use-case
An example Board is given below

Thank you @ajay !
Actually, I would prefer not to have the team go through Trello for this. Is there a way I can create that view & the voting but set the visibility only for internal teams?
