Each time I need to click it to view the dropdown. Search also not helps as the dropdowns are hidden. How to get all the dropdowns viewed

These appear to be using the "Expands" macro or a Table of Contents. Do you know which one it is?

 

There is a suggestion to have the Expand Macro be customizable in that sense: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-54831
