There is a discrepancy between the actual page history and the recently updated macro history.

On the page we are using, an issue was discovered where the name of the contributor indicated in the recently updated macro is different from the person who actually wrote the post.

If you look at the [1] section, all page records point to an author named “임시온”
However, as in [2], the author exposed through a macro is named "윤미영"

It has also been confirmed that there are other colleagues experiencing the same problem.

Please let me know what to do about this problem.

I think the macro lists the actual person who updated the page while breadcrumbs under the page title list the owner of the page. 

Typically, the owner is the person / user who created the page but the owner can be changed if you want to.
