The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable

We have a Confluence 3.5.13 installation.

I have installed the upm 2.3 version.

Now, i get the message:

The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable.

Our server is behind a reverse proxy and we have opened a specific port to allow confluence to browse : But it seems not to work.

Hello Stefan, hello Hanis,

sorry for being so late in answering your posts.

It was only the fact that our security team as generate a specific ssl keys that exclude so many sites.

so I asked to also include the new certificates from

And everything went ok after ;-)

anyway, thanks a lot for your posts.

Try adding to your firewall as well.
Since the release of marketplace all the urls are redirected from plugins to marketplace.

Same problem as you have, we are running reverse proxy (nginx).
