Tasks not being removed from task report

Question

I have a user who has marked tasks on their task report as 'complete' but they are not being removed.

I saw this issue had been raised by others and classified as a bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-54371 but the workaround provided has not resolved this issue.

On the task report macro there is a configuration parameter that allow you to define which task should appear on the page (complete/incomplete) (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-task-report-macro/)

Yes

Incomplete

Show complete or incomplete tasks.

Please could you check your current configuration? Just to be sure that is really a bug.
