Task Report Macro not loading at all and cannot be inserted to page

When I try to insert the macro for a task report, it will let me select it but it will load continuously forever and never let me edit the macro or insert it to the page. I have quit chrome, did a hard refresh of the page, tried using safari, logged on in an incognito window, and there is still no luck. I'm relatively new to using Confluence so I am not sure if this is a bug in the system that they have to address or if there is something I have not tried yet. Please help!

You are not the only one seeing this issue. It appears to be an issue with Confluence, and not something you are doing wrong. See this issue as well: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Task-Report-Macro-not-loading/qaq-p/1669278

I am also unable to use the macro as of today but have in the past. Hopefully, Atlassian will post an update as to the cause.
