Is it possible for table of content entries to have different colors depending on some property of the Header entry?  I would like to have some entries in RED.

Hi @Kirk Wayland Welcome to the community!
In Confluence, there isn't a built-in feature that allows you to change the colour of specific entries in the Table of Contents (TOC) directly based on the properties of the header entries.
You can manually format the headings in your page content by selecting the text and using the text colour option in the editor.

@Kirk Wayland You can also insert an emoji or a status macro at the end of the heading text to act as your indicator of whatever you are trying to convey in the TOC with the red color.
