Hi @Ramesh D R

This is not an option within Confluence ootb.

This will require a Marketplace app, the following app provides this functionality; table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence

Hi @Ramesh D R ,

Indeed as @Marc - Devoteam has kindly mentioned, the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app (that is our add-on) can be a workaround for you.

Its Table Filter macro can help you to freeze rows/column when viewing native Confluence tables and the Table Spreadsheet macro is a good option if you prefer standard Excel-like functionality.

But indeed as @Barbara Szczesniak has mentioned, Confluence Cloud is not supposed to serve as a kind of a database. Your browser may simply crash while processing such big tables.

@Ramesh D R I hope you don't mind my asking, but, out of curiosity, why would you want to try to display a 500-column table on a Confluence page?

I don't see any specified limits for number of columns in the Confluence Cloud documentation, but I would think such a large table would impact performance and usability.
