Tabbed navigation in a space

I'm trying to replicate the tabbed navigation on this webiste:

Just for my confirmation, do I have to use the deck/card macro for this?

Yes, they are using the deck/card macro. You can see the wiki markup of the page by visiting the following URL: https://wiki.csuchico.edu/confluence/pages/viewpagesrc.action?pageId=10747931

If you want to create tabs with direct links to other wiki pages (instead of including the pages), you could try our Navitabs Plugin.
