System Error

Dear Support,

I created one blank page and update, after I try to edit the page again it came out with system error

Cause

org.hibernate.ObjectNotFoundException: No row with the given identifier exists: [com.atlassian.confluence.content.ContentProperty#8355858]
    at org.hibernate.boot.internal.StandardEntityNotFoundDelegate.handleEntityNotFound(StandardEntityNotFoundDelegate.java:28)

Hello,

Please check out Daniel Eads' answer on Unable to edit or delete page. Please run the recommended diagnostic query:

SELECT * FROM contentproperties WHERE contentid = '8355858';

If there are no results, please follow: Editing or Deleting a Page That Won't Render to delete the page, since it is blank anyway.

For avoiding future db corruption we can keep our fingers crossed, but to hedge the bet, please implement: Production Backup Strategy.
