Synchrony error

Hi All,

We encountered synchrony error on our Confluence. We are running our Confluence on a Windows 10 20H2 device and I think our synchrony is also managed by confluence. I already changed the synchrony port to 8092 and the maximum heap size to 2gb but it did not resolve the problem. This our the logs that we got:
