Sticky notes not working

We just migrated to cloud for Jira and Confluence. However, I am not able to comment on existing sticky notes in Confluence or create a new one. The sticky note is there, I click on it, it acts like it wants to let me comment, but then nothing.

I have tried in private browser, safari, and chrome. It worked temporarily in Chrome, but then I had to clear my cache in the middle of the session. That seemed to work for Chrome, but no avail in Private Browser or Safari.

Any ideas?

are you talking about Sticky notes provided by an external app or sticky note in a whiteboard?
