Space Navigation Administration Bar unable to save

Question

Hi, I'm trying to reorganise the Navigation Administration bar. I am currently unable to save any change I make e.g. Add a new space to the tree or delete.

Currently I select 'Submit', saving icon appears and it keeps spinning with no save.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
