Some of out team members are missing Edit permission

Some team members had permission to Edit at some point and somehow lost that ability. 

The Edit button in the top bar is not showing anymore.

There are are two ways that could happen.

  1. Either the teams members are granted view permissions to the space, but not edit permissions.
  2. There is a restriction on the page(s) in question limiting who can edit the page and these people are not member of the restriction.
