Some images are not displayed after I published my page. It says "Something went wrong. We couldn't generate a preview for this file. Try downloading the file to view it."

I checked attachment list and those files were there. I tried different browsers and changed the item type (e.g. png, jpg...) but the problem was still not solved.

What should I do?

We'll need to look at the logs to understand the problem. Can you please have your site admin raise a ticket with Cloud support?
