Some error with Configure Application Links

I just try to link to Jira.

So I try to add Configure Application Links.

After adding Link, when I click Trusted Apliications or Basic Access,

I got error message window

System error... (i will add that screen shot)

and I just try to delete,

There also error window ( i will add that screen)

after click the OK,

The Confirm button is never enabled.

Hi, can you please show us the full stack trace from the first screenshot? This will tell you what the error is.
