Slack notifications in channel when confluence page is updated

I have set up notification to a slack channel when a confluence page is updated.

This seems only to work the first time someone write something. I updated the page, and the channel got notified. When I updated 10 minutes later, there was no notification. When a colleague updated the page the channel was notified, but not when some of us updated again. 

How should this work? Is slack not notified on every update on the page?

I think it might be by design related to Batch Notifications in Confluence

https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/subscribe-to-email-notifications/

You get immediate emails for important notifications (like mentions and new pages), but when lots of changes are being made at the same time, you'll only receive a single email with all the changes (within a 10 minute window).

So maybe you can try to mention someone maybe it would work immediately and this would be a proof of that.
