Site limitation error

I have just upgraded to 'standard plan' - still within my 14 day trial period. Since today I have been getting error message stating that I've reached limit (yes there are 10 users already but I don't expect this error since standard plan permits 20000 users)

You're only allowed 10 users on your current plan. To add additional users, upgrade to our Standard plan today.

This is strange because the site is already on standard plan. Not sure why I keep getting this error message.

The JIRA is on Free but with only 9 users.
