One of my users can't log in to Confluence, and when I log into User admin I'm requested to request access from my administrator. I am the only administrator. What to do?
It seems that you are not the organization admin. Did the org admin leave the company w/o adding another org admin? Can you navigate here - admin.atlassian.com ? if not, and no other user has access you will need to reach out to Atlassian support for assistance.
