I'm building a table with 50+ rows and would like to set one of the columns to an action-item type (has this been reviewed? + assigned reviewer). Is there an easy shortcut to set the column as action item field type, that way each row will have one action item cell? TIA
Hello there @Lydia Gegan!
Currently, the only method to add Tasks in a table cell is manual. You need to edit your page and add the Task to each cell where you need to have it.
What you can do, to make it fast is this:
- Add rows to your table
- Add the task checkboxes to them
- Select the cells where checkboxes are present
- Copy them (I used CMD+C for this, if you are using Windows you can use CTRL+C)
- Paste the copied value into your table:
- This will prompt Confluence to create new rows to accommodate the content
If you need more details on the Tasks, you can check this page:
