Secure Content - Encryption Error

Francis Lepine April 2, 2015

Hello,

I just bought and installed the Confluence add-on "Secure Content"

I am able to add the macro, I enter a unique reference, save the page.

Then, when I enter my password to show/edit the content, I am getting "Encryption Error".

Also, I noticed that if I click on the information button, it says "Owner : None" (See screenshot attached).

Please advise.

Best Regards

Hi Francis,

As the Add-on uses two-way AES encryption with a key that is generated when the plugin is installed, perhaps we had a corruption while trying to generate it. Given that, as the add-on is generated by a third-party vendor, have you tried to send an email to support@praecipio.com?

Regards,

Giuliano
