Searching within Confluence

The wiki I'm editing is quite complicated and it isn't possible to have a perfectly structured, user friendly format. Is there ways of entering search facilities for groups of pages/the entire wiki?

Would entering html code for the search box work? Or would that just search the page that it is on?

Thanks

Assuming it is available on the version of Confluence you are running, would the Page Tree Search macro be of use to you?

Yea that's perfect, thanks
