Search function in Confluence

Hi ! I have questions related to search function in our Confluence Device Info page. Can someone help me to set correct settings to get Search function to work properly ?

Is this question around the Web UI or the Mobile UI of searching within Confluence?

Could you be more specific on what you're wanting to change the search functions to better find?
