Scroll tablelayout macro doesn't set table column width in confluence

Anfisa Mikulyanets October 10, 2012

Hello,

A standard Confluence table has auto adjusting column widths, i.e. the more text you have in a cell, the wider the column will get. It is neccesary to set required table column width without help of table-plus macro. We tried to use scroll table layout with width 50%,50%, but the column width was not changed. Could you please help with scroll tablelayout macro or perhaps there is another solution for setting a required table column width.

Hi Lera1210,

did you try to define the table width as described here: http://docs.k15t.com/display/OFCE/Defining+Table+Column+Widths ?
Maybe your maximum available table width is smaller than 500 pixel and therefore all columns are re-sized in the same ratio to match the constraint.

Cheers, Nils
