Hi there

Could you please take a moment if this problem doesn't fit in the problem reported in the following link?

Hi Jay,

It seems you are facing a known GreenHopper bug: GHS-5502

In order to avoid this error you will need to disable the GreenHopper plugin's feedback configuration. To do so you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to <tt>Administration » Plugins » Plugins</tt>
  2. When the plugins page appears, click on the <tt>Manage Existing</tt> (Tab), and locate & click the GreenHopper
  3. Once you have clicked on the GreenHopper plugin, you will see a link called <tt>Manage Plugin Modules</tt>. Click on that link to extends its modules;
  4. When the list of modules appears, locate the module <tt>"Feedback"</tt> and you see that a button <tt>'Disable'</tt> will appear on the right side.
  5. Disable the feedback module and see whether the problem persists

Alternatively, you can upgrade GreenHopper to the latest versions since this bug is not experienced by users using GreenHopper 5.10.6 or later.

I hope this helps!

Cheers,
Matheus Fernandes

Is this a JavaScript error? If yes, try to enable safe mode in Manage Plugins page and/or try to clear all customization done in your Confluence instance. That includes Custom HTML, Stylesheet, Layouts
