I see that your post about displaying SVGs in Confluence is from two years ago, but I'd like to offer some help.
Forcing SVG display in Confluence might still be relevant. If you're facing issues with diagram clarity, consider revisiting your approach. One way to enhance the display is by using an ai vector generator which can help optimize and convert images into SVG format.
Even though some time has passed, improving the quality of visuals on your Confluence pages is always a valuable goal. Give it a try, and I hope it addresses the concerns you had back then.
Hi @Bing Li
It is not possible to have svg instead of PNG because we use a png for the export.
You mentioned "Sometimes the thumbnail is not clear enough."
Feel free to submit all the details with a print screen here: https://drawio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/14/group/15/create/49
Kind regards,
Marija

Hi @Bing Li ,
did u install the related app provided by draw.io (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210933/draw-io-diagrams-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud) ?
BTW, there's an in progress task https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-1762 that should add that feature in the next future.
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hi,
I'm a cloud user, and not my own server. And yes, I'm using the draw.io diagram to insert a drawing into confluence page. The drawing is png format in default, which sometimes is fuzzy. SVG is preferred.
I guess it is a kind of macro or something, but not sure. If it could be forced to be display in SVG format probably it is fine for me.

In order to have a buitin macro you need to wait that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-1762 will be completed.
If you are sure that cloud app is installed on you instance you need first to have support from your confluence admin.

Thanks for the respone. But in the support page of draw.io it says:
Support for Atlassian integrations, Confluence, Jira and Trello
A bit confused who could answer this question or give a hint to solve?
