Hi everyone, why are people not able to see our confluence space? They get this message: 'You've stumbled on a restricted space'. Allthough we switched on 'everyone can view. Please help.

Usually users get the above error when they do not have "view" permission on the space.
When you say users , are these licensed users who can login fine and not able to see a particular space ? Or you are talking about anonymous users.
