I have two options in confiform field type of Checkbox Group. But I want that only one choice can be selected among those options( like radio button).
How can we do that.

Why not to use a radio group field instead?
Anyway, you can, of course have a Validation rule with a condition in that rule set to something like
mucheckboxgroupfield.asCount:>1
