Restoring an archived page fails - The archiving queue is full

I am trying to restore a page that was accidentally archived and I get the following error for several days - How do I resolve this? I can recreate the page but would rather restore it.

 

The archiving queue is full

Your team is archiving a large number of pages. Try again later, after the queue has time to clear.

If this continues to happen, try contacting Atlassian Support.

Have you followed the direction in the message and contacted Atlassian Support? You will need to be an Administrator of Confluence to open a support case with Atlassian at
