Hello! I am reaching out for advice/tips on how to resolve the issue of duplicate pages in multiple spaces while maintaining the updated and visually appealing content in my space.
Is there a way to auto sync pages together when updates are done?
Background context, the training page I created on Confluence contains essential resources tailored for a particular department. Some of these resources overlap with those found in other departmental spaces.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
Hi @Daphne Hankison and welcome to Community!
There are 2 native Confluence macros that may be useful for you: the excerpt and the page include.
The insert excerpt macro is used to display an excerpt of content from one page on another. The page include displays the entire content of a page on another.
You could use the excerpt macro to display the content you maintain on your training page on multiple different pages in department spaces. Any time you update your page, Confluence will automatically display that updated embedded content on all the department pages.
The page include is similar, but instead of embedded just a section of content, it displays an entire page.
If you want something more sophisticated, check out the marketplace to see if there are any apps that offer more options.
