Renew license key

Our company bought Confluence Server license.
I installed Confluence instance and used license key. But some problems had occurred and I was forced reinstall the instance. And now my license key doesn't work, because server ID was changed.
Please, help my. Our team so is waiting Confluence but we can't use it.

To be clear.. What is Server ID..
