Remove rows per page dropdown when creating an Hubspot-Iframe

When creating an Hubspot-iframe on a page, confluence most recently adds a drop down menu for row selection. This didn't happen before and it destroys the formatting of our pages. Is there a way to disable this option or atleast an explanation where it's coming from?

Is it a third-party macro or the native iframe Confluence macro?

If this is a third-party macro, likely from the "Hubspot" you mentioned, then it is not a native macro from Confluence Cloud and my recommendation in this case, would be reaching out to the third-party app vendor to understand if this is a recent change, bug or understand if there is something that can be applied to remove it.

You can reach out to the vendor support by checking their support tab in the marketplace.
I'm not sure which one is the macro you are having issue and in which site for sure, so I'll leave both marketplace pages from what I found under your account:
