Remove left navigation menu

I am design our site and have created a page. I want to completely remove the left navigation bar which lists the pages so that the main content area fills the whole width of the page. Does anyone know how I can easily do this?

Thank you!

Sounds like you are using the documentation theme - try using a differnt theme for the space. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Applying+a+Theme+to+a+Space

Hi all,

Is there a way to keep the default theme ('Global Look and Feel') and to remove / hide this left navigation menu?
