I accidentally added Confluence to my JIRA account. I was just having a look at the new 'Pages' section and there was no option to cancel the setup. It said I would be billed once the free trial expires. I don't want to use it and I can't find a way to disable it.

Does anybody know where I can find the option to switch it off or remove it?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,

You can use the first set of instructions to manage your applications:

You're already logged in to your Cloud site:

  1. Choose
Application picker > Site administration >  Billing
    .
  2. Choose Manage applications.
  3. Choose
Cancel my site in the top-right corner of the page.

Then, you can delete Confluence:

Note that this will delete all Confluence data, but not the users, which are shared by Jira.

Let me know if you have any trouble!

Regards,

Shannon
