I think the only person who was an Admin user in our Confluence account is not working with us anymore. So are there any way to give a user Administrator rights if we don't have any access to the original Admin account?  i think we use Confluence Cloud.

Hi Alison,

Sure, it's possible to remedy that.  You'll end up having to open a ticket with us though.  Please see this KB article: Cannot Access Site Admin Account
