Recaptcha problem adding user in confluence space

Question

Hello,

We are trying to add users by email address to our confluence Jira space,

but we are getting the following error:

Invalid Recaptcha token provided in request

Can anyone help us to solve the problem?

go to Confluence -- Dashboard >> Administration >> General Configuration >> CAPTCHA on login and turn it off
