REST API Script to create API Token for a user

Hi Team,

Could you please help me where can i get a script (REST API) to generate API token for with user credentials. I want to create an API token, then run a script then one script executes successfully, I need to revoke API Token.

Currently there is no endpoint for creating API tokens, the only thing you can do is get and delete a token. Based on this suggestion, ID-6829, Atlassian does not intend to create an endpoint that would allow you to create API tokens via REST API.
